A patch test is available for all treatments involving Brow Lift, Lash Lift, Brow Tint, Henna, and Lash Tint. During this appointment, a small amount of each product is applied to the skin to help identify any potential allergic reactions before your treatment. A patch test is recommended, but not mandatory, for clients who have never had any of these treatments before or who have never been exposed to the products used during the procedure. If your treatment has already been booked, the patch test must be carried out at least 5 days before your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time to monitor for any delayed allergic reactions. Please note that, although a patch test can help reduce the risk of an allergic reaction, it does not guarantee that a reaction will never occur, as sensitivities can develop over time or appear unexpectedly.

This consultation is exclusively for Permanent Makeup (PMU). Please do not book this appointment if you are looking for advice regarding brow shaping or other brow treatments. For those services, please book a Brow Shaping appointment directly. During the consultation, we will perform a technique simulation, allowing you to visualize more clearly what you can realistically expect from the final result. We will assess your natural brows and skin to determine the most suitable technique for your individual features, while also answering any questions you may have about the procedure, healing process, or expected results. You are welcome to attend the consultation wearing your eyebrows as you normally do in your daily routine, including your usual makeup. This can help us better understand your preferences and desired outcome. Please note, if you have had your brows previously done by another professional, you can only book an intake after completely ink removal and you must book the intake exclusively for that.

This consultation is mandatory for anyone who has had permanent makeup performed by another artist or salon, regardless of how old the previous procedure is. You can only book this consultation once the pigment has been completely removed. During the appointment, the artist will assess your skin to determine whether a new permanent makeup procedure is possible and safe. The evaluation takes into account factors such as remaining pigment, scar tissue, skin quality and the overall suitability of the area for a new treatment. Please do not book a Permanent Makeup appointment without attending this consultation first if you have previous work performed elsewhere. Every case is unique, and it is not possible to determine whether a new procedure can be carried out without an in-person assessment. If you book a PMU procedure without the required consultation and we identify remaining pigment, scar tissue or any other condition that prevents us from safely performing the treatment, the procedure will not be carried out and the full appointment fee will still apply, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you.

The technique is chosen together with the client according to each person's skin and natural eyebrow shape, aiming for a natural result in the short and long term. Schedule the procedure directly if you are flexible regarding your choice of technique, you dont have to book an intake beforehand - ATTENTION: We do not perform PMU or intakes on clients with previous procedures done by other professionals, even after laser removal. Touch up appointment is included and needs to be done in between 4 to 6 weeks, make sure you are available inside this time frame
